Creating dynamic multi-use space
We are working at the gateway to Cardiff city centre to provide a turnkey solution for our client, Rightacres, meaning that on completion it will be ready for tenants to move straight in.
The ground floor, mezzanine, first and second floors will provide a specialised multi-media suite and tailored learning environment for Cardiff University’s journalism, media and cultural studies students. Floors three to eight will provide a high quality modern office environment for national law firm Hugh James.
Providing a turnkey solution as opposed to a separate shell & core and fit out results in cost effective, programme efficient, user-focused spaces defined by form and use. Typically fit out would not start until the base build has been completed but we have been able to accelerate the completion of two-separate fit out projects by approximately 12 months. This has been achieved through a hands on collaborative approach involving the developer, the tenants and ourselves.
