The Windmill Green office development involves the refurbishment and extension of former London Scottish House, in the city centre, Manchester.  Creating 80,000sqft of high quality commercial office space across 8 storeys with ground/first floor retail and leisure units.

The site is located on Mount Street, Manchester on the corner of Windmill Street and Museum Street to the West, opposite Manchester Central exhibition Centre.

The existing building's exterior has been removed and a new external façade treatment will be installed to create a state of the art modern looking building with a new public front.

The existing, concrete frame is 5 storeys high, this has been stripped back and reinforced with some of the existing elevations also being removed. A new steel frame is currently being built, which will be 8 storeys high and this will tie in with the existing structure.

Visitors will see the first stage of mechanical and electrical installation taking place alongside the external finishing being completed.
