New build Medical College for ARU, comprising of; Ground remediation, piled foundations with suspended ground floor slab, superstructure is RC Frame. External envelope is a mixture of brick/metal cladding fixed to an SFS lightweight steel frame. Also roof coverings include single ply membrane and hot melt – plant rooms and enclosures.

The project consists of a new School of Medicine building to include the following key functions an anatomy laboratory with associated embalming and cadaveric support spacesAn auditorium seating up to 100 people and a foyer and social space for informal study. It also includes clinical skills seminar and ‘ward’ teaching rooms and GP suite of teaching rooms.
