Southall Waterside is one of London’s most significant regeneration projects.

The 88 acre former Gas Works site in Central Southall is currently being remediated using an on site soil hospital to clean the soils and avoid the need to take any soils offsite.

With the construction of new bridges, roads and accesses, the development will see homes, shops, offices and public areas including a series of open parklands and public realm.

This is the first opportunity for members of the public to come on to the site and see the progress being made and to meet members of the team who are helping to deliver one of West London’s largest and most exciting developments.

The first phase of the development is now underway, which when completed will provide 618 new homes.
