Based in the historic Old Town, our Market Street project will see us create a new four-star, 98-room design hotel. Unique in many ways, the new hotel will transform a key underused site located next to Craig’s Close, which had remained vacant for more than 50 years before work began. So far the project has seen us remove an existing building and construct the seven-storey building’s steel frame.

On arrival, all visitors will receive an induction before a presentation on the history of the project. Visitors will then be provided with PPE and escorted around the project by a member of the construction team where they can see first-hand the works that are taking place behind the scenes.

The site is located opposite the rear entrance to Edinburgh Waverley Train Station on Market Street. 

Visitors should report to the project office on Jeffrey Street prior to the visit to receive an induction.
