Galliford Try is carrying-out the construction of the Triangle Site, the latest phase of residential development at the St Andrew’s Park 1,300-home new community at the former RAF Uxbridge base.

The development is scheduled to complete in May 2019, and includes the construction of 249 homes spread over four blocks with basement car parking, and will offer a range of ownerships and tenures.  In addition, a new road junction adjacent to the site will be created, with further landscaping of communal areas also taking place.

The St Andrew’s Park development is located to the east of Uxbridge town centre and spans an impressive 110 acres.  The location is steeped in military history, with the RAF Uxbridge site playing a crucial role in the pivotal Battle of Britain, during World War II.

Following a visitor safety briefing and an introduction to Galliford Try, guests will be accompanied by our experienced site management team on a tour of the site, with a valuable Q&A opportunity provided at the end of the visit.
