By visiting our site at the University of Birmingham you will get the opportunity to visit three of our construction projects - all part of the University's overall remodelling. The first will be the Green Heart project - this is the development of a striking new parkland, measuring over 12 acres. It will open up the campus for students, staff and the local community to enjoy. The second project will be their Park Grange Data Centre and the third is the conversion of the old gymnasium that is being converted into teaching and office spaces!
The Green Heart project will be on its second phase of works. Park Grange Data Centre will be at the final stages of completion - you will be able to see the external works and engineering fit out. The gymnasium is a refurbishment and extension project, where we will be erecting the steelframe and adding the cladding.
