Galliford Try is carrying-out the construction of a new £47 million office building providing a Cat A office accommodation for tenants and retail outlets. Located adjacent to Cambridge Railway Station the new development is nine story building making it the highest commercial building in Cambridge.

The development has a basement carpark and provides a modern working environment for up to 1500 people. The accommodation provides office space across 8 floors, retail stores on the ground floor, 80 parking spaces and 300+ cycle spaces so it is well suited to the Cambridge environment.

The structure is of a steel frame construction with composite concrete metal deck flooring. The lateral stability of the structure is provided by two concrete core structures, to which the steel frame connects. These cores provide the lift lobbies and stairwells for the building.

Your visit will start with a brief site induction and presentation before being taken out in protective clothing for a tour of the site, this will be led by our experienced site team.

In addition to the tour you will have a chance for a Q&A session with some of our Senior project team. This will hopefully give you an insight into Galliford Try and the diverse roles and opportunities we can offer.

We look forward to seeing you there.
