This 6 storey Retirement Village will provide 261 apartments and are designed to allow residents to continue living independently.  Apartments are a mix of one and two bedrooms with 69 available for purchase, 111 for shared ownership and 81 for rental through South Gloucestershire Council and Bristol Bity Council.

All homes are self contained and fully accessible to residents with limited mobility.  A centralised Village Hall hosts a wide range of health, well being and social activities including a library, fitness suite, beauty salon, bistro, bar and shop.  An enriched Opportunities Suite will ensure residents with dementia can continue to enjoy a good quality of life.

We look forward to seeing you on site.

Phase 1 of the 7 phase scheme is near completion and visitors to our Open Doors event will have the opportunity to view designated areas of the work taking place, as part of a guided tour, following a presentation from our Site Team.
