Come and see the fantastic new learning environments we are creating in the heart of Twickenham.
Working with our Supply Chain Partners, we are delivering two separate schools which will offer modern teaching spaces and facilities to support a healthy learning environment. Key features will include class bases, SEN facilities, a performance hall, sports hall, new hard and soft landscaping, outdoor learning/dining areas and multi-use games areas for almost 1000 students and staff.
On arrival, we will give you a brief site induction and presentation on the history of the project, before kitting you out in PPE and taking you off on a tour of the site with a member of our team.
We are only 20 weeks away from completion on this project. On your tour, you will be able to see internal works at different stages which include drylining and plastering, M&E installation, flooring and decoration. You will also have the opportunity to see some of the fantastic teaching and communal spaces that will give you a sense of what it will look like when finished.
This tour will be suitable for all ages. For any of you looking for a family day out, we will have plenty of hands-on activities which include laying bricks, fixing plasterboard along with some handy DIY advice such as changing a fuse on a plug. Our groundworkers will also be putting on a display with excavators and dumper trucks to show how they do earthworks. You may even get the chance to sit in one!
In addition to the tour, we will have a few of our Management Trainees on hand to give you an insight into our great Trainee programme and the exciting diverse roles within construction. Ever thought about a career in construction? Let us know!
We look forward to seeing you there.
