Create a unique character and identity for SW Lands, using traditional building form and proportions – the building has a base, a middle and a top with a handcrafted feel – using traditional brickwork and standing seam metal cladding providing the character of a restored heritage building.

The main body of the building comprises a concrete frame rising to level nineteen roof level. Traditional brickwork, zinc cladding, and large glazed sections throughout all elevations of building. Internal finishes include exposed concrete soffits, and exposed services creating an industrial feel to the final product. Close proximity to Wembley Stadium and Chiltern railway line to the South of the site add to the challenges faced in the development of the project.

On the site visit, visitors will be able to view all elements of ongoing works including concrete placement, internal partitioning,  mechanical and electrical install, glazing installation, ongoing brick and blockwork amongst other trades. An example of the 'finished' product, and advanced apartment will also be on show, allowing the visitor to see an example of the final finished product.
