The 22 Bishopsgate Project is situated within the eastern cluster of city structures along Bishopsgate, opposite the Tower 42 development.
The development is 278m tall and is arranged on 3 Basement Levels, Ground Floor, and 61 Upper Floors; comprising of 1.4m sq feet of net useable space. On completion, it will be the tallest commercial tower in the City of London, housing up to 11,000 people from up to 100 companies.
The building has been designed to address the changing nature of being at work in the City; providing, in addition to the office space, social amenity spaces, tenant club space, and a public viewing gallery at the top.
Upon arriving at the site, visitors will be greeted by the Community Liaison Manager and will be given a brief visitors induction. A short presentation about the project will be shown, followed by a guided tour of the site. Visitors will be escorted at all times for safety and will be given the opportunity to ask any questions throughout the duration of their visit.
