Wildernesse Grammar School

Willmott Dixon Contact

We are building a new Grammar school for Kent country Council.  This will be an Annexe to The Weald of Kent school in Tonbridge.

The school is being built with the potential to accommodate approx. 750students.  An existing sports centre located on the site is being fully refurbished to act as the schools new sports facility.   The new 3 storey building frame has been constructed in concrete with a light weight steel infill.  The classrooms internally will be fully fitted out ready for occupation and use.  The façade is a mixture of glazing, render and a brick slip cladding system.

When you visit, you will be able to see the brick slip cladding being installed along  with internal finishing works including carpentry, ceilings, decorating, flooring and electrical and mechanical install.

The tour will consist of a short safety briefing, introduction to our works, a tour on site followed by Q&A.
