London Fruit & Wool Exchange will be a five storey office block with two basement levels that will offer 320,000 sq. ft. grade A space.  This will comprise of 260,000 sq. ft. office space and 40,000 sq. ft. retail, bar, restaurant/café and community space behind the existing façade on Brushfield Street. 


Sir Robert McAlpine have been contracted to deliver the shell and core and the central communal areas of the building.

Arriving on site the visitors will be met by the Community Relations Officer.  Visitors will be able to hear a presentation about the project as well as the different job roles involved and materials used.  Our Health & Safety Advisor will then provide a briefing before all visitors will be escorted around the site.
