The project will deliver the full refurbishment to a 6 storey grade 2 listed mill, a two story grade 2 listed coach house and a new build sports hall.

Our client the ESFA in conjunction with Dixons Academy will use the building as a sixth form college for approx. 880 students. The project upon completion will provide modern learning facilities, dining areas and gym facilities.

Visitors will be able to see the ongoing refurbishment works to the basement and ground floor with the installation of internal walls and infrastructure well progressed. Visitors will see the hoist and logistics of the site in full motion.

Visitors will also see some of the great Charitable work we are doing for the local community including material donations, the saving of excess timber for charity collection etc.
