We are carrying out the refurbishment of 3-5 Whitcomb Street, just off from Trafalgar Square, to provide new premises for the Royal Watercolour Society on the ground, lower ground and first floors, with gallery space on the second floor.
20 high quality residential units will be provided on the top of the existing building on the fourth and fifth floors. Retail space will be contained to the basement.
We are also constructing new buildings to replace 7-17 Whitcomb Street that will provide retail, office and residential accommodation. The project is due to complete in August 2019.
A presentation about the project and careers in construction, followed by a guided tour and an activity organised by our project team.
