Refurbishment of existing warehouse unit to provide new office facilities. Works consist of demolition of existing unit back to concrete frame, new steel frame erected within the building to provide a 1st floor. New cladding and windows with an ETFE cushion rooflight.

We also have an infrastructure area of site providing a new entrance into the campus, ground remediation to provide new drainage swales and we are building a new 2 storey car park

Piling foundations, below ground drainage, casting a new foundation ring beam around the building for the new external walls, casting new column foundations, carrying out repairs to the existing concrete frame.

Reduced dig to infrastructure land, carrying out ground stabilisation, forming the new piling platform to the car park

From the M11, take Junction 10 and head on the A505

towards Newmarket. At the first roundabout (BP/McDonalds) take the first exit onto the A1301 signposted towards Sawston, then after 10 yards take the fork to the right onto London Road heading into Pampisford. Sawston Trade Park is 400 yards on the left past the cabin entrance (blue hoarding)

 

From the A11 take the exit onto the A505 towards Royston, at the McDonalds roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A1301 and follow the same route above.
