In the trendy Baltic Triangle area of Liverpool, we are creating a nine-storey apartment block, containing 200 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The steel-framed building incorporates brick cladding and boasts two levels of car parking. Once complete in summer 2020 residents will benefit from a landscaped upper floor terrace, gym, lounge and concierge service. The development also includes commercial space at ground floor level.
Our teams have completed the groundworks and are currently erecting the steel work.
ISG was appointed to deliver the scheme by build-to-rent developer Brickland.

On arrival, all visitors will receive an induction before a presentation on the history of the project. Visitors will then be provided with PPE and escorted around the project by a member of the construction team where they can see first-hand the work taking place behind the scenes.
