The construction of a 4 storey RC frame teaching building including sports facilities and indoor running track for our client University College Birmingham. The development also includes a multi-storey steel frame and terracotta clad car park providing 158 parking spaces.
The project is located in the south of the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham and is due for completion in November 2019.
Visitors will be able to see the following stages of contruction on their visit to the site:-
* Pre-cast brickwork facade panels
* Mechanical and electrical installation
* Internal blockwork
*Steel frame erection with metal decking floors
* Roofing works
If walking from Birmingham New Street or Snow Hill Stations head towards and down Newhall Street, crossing Great Charles Street and passing the BT Tower on your right. George Street is located at the bottom of Newhall Street on the left. Bus Routes 82, 87, 89, 101 and X7 also pass close to the site. The nearest Metro stop is St Pauls.
Our site offices are located adjacent to the site on the First Floor of the James Cond Building, located on the corner of George Street and Holland Street.

Please note that there is no parking available on site. For affordable car parking please head to Northwood Street where there are sevaral car parks. Site is a 7 minute walk from Northwood Street.
