Great Portland Estates plc have appointed Mace as the main contractor on their new mixed-use development Hanover Square Estate, located in the heart of the West End of London.

Once completed, the Hanover Square Estate will provide 170,400 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation across three buildings. Prime retail and restaurant space comprises 40,900 sq ft of the development, while six residential apartments totalling 12,300 sq ft are positioned on the junction of New Bond Street and Brook Street.

The majority of the Grade A office accommodation fronts Hanover Square and will be located above the New Bond Street Crossrail Station. The entire development has been planned around a new public piazza, accessible from New Bond Street, Hanover Square and Tenterden Street.
