Situated on the banks of the River Thames, Riverside Quarter is one of the most sought after destinations in South West London. Offering luxury riverside living arranged within engaging contemporary architecture, the development offers one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, with state-of-the-art facilities, surrounded by a vibrant local community.
Galliford Try has been on site at the award-winning development since January 2011, and has delivered over 375 residential units across multiple phases. Most recently, we have been instructed to carry out the final phase of development; Block 6B.
Block 6B will provide 14-storeys of residential accommodation totalling 172 apartments (80 private and 92 shared ownership). Split over two cores (Core A and B) and curved around the edge of the site, it will comprise two levels of underground car parking within the basements. At ground floor level, commercial units will be available, together with leisure facilities, including a pool. Entrances to the private and shared ownership apartments are also situated at ground level.
Following a visitor safety briefing and an introduction to Galliford Try, guests will be accompanied by our experienced site management team on a tour of the site, with a valuable Q&A opportunity provided at the end of the visit.
