South West Lands at Wembley Park, comprises of a reinforced concrete framed PRS residential accommodation block of up to 18 storeys, with 3 storey link building, basement plant area, retail units facing onto station square, including completion of basement car park/podium slab structure and finishes.
Site works coming to a close ready for third quarter handover. Mainkly finishing trades internally, with landscaping works ongoing to the externs of the site. Scaffold dismantle ongoing allowing for balcony install.
Site is situated on South Way Wembley beside Wembley Stadium Station (Overground). Wembley Stadium Red Cark is 50m to the north of the site. If travelling by London Tube, visiotors should disembark the Metropolitan Line or the Jubilee Line at Wembley Park Undreground Statio. Visitors should then follow the pedestrian signage towards Wembley Stadium and follow directions to the London Outlet stores. While walking aliong the main boulevard with the outlet stores to the right hand side, eventually you will arrive at Premier Inn Wembley. Our project is directly in front of the visitor at this point. Approx 10-15min walk from Wembley Park Underground Station.
