Composed of in excess of 1.5 million sq ft of commercial, retail, leisure and residential accommodation, the Masterplan for Wellington Place is set to enhance urban life in the city. Comprising Grade A offices, bars, restaurants, cafés and gyms, the sustainable, energy efficient buildings and great transport links, all make Wellington Place a brilliant place to work in the city.

Wellington Place 7&8, the larger of the two sites currently under construction is an 8 storey building with a steel frame super structure and a full curtain walling system with stone rain screen cladding. Works began in September 2017 and are due to complete in November 2019.

Wellington Place 4, recently started at the end of 2018 is a 9 storey building comprising a steel frame for flexible open plan offices. It is due to complete in October 2020.

A presentation at Wellington Place 7&8 about the whole development by Wates' Project Manager, followed by a site tour around the 8 storey site. Then following a short walk over to Wellington Place 4, a tour around the site perimeter to view the current groundworks as this project is just starting to get out the ground. All PPE will be provided.
