The project looks to create a new building with increased office and retail space with a further three floors being added to include a spectacular restaurant with external terracing on the 9th floor.

The design retains the building’s structural frame and uses gently curving facades to give the area a fresh new identity.

Connections between 100 Liverpool Street, Liverpool Street Station and the Broadgate Circle will be improved with a new collection of shops and eateries.

The project is currently in the construction / structure phase of works with on-going mechanical and electrical systems

The development of 100 Liverpool Street forms part of British Land and GIC’s long-term vision, improving office space, retail, amenities and open space over the next 10 years. Sir Robert McAlpine have been appointed as Principal Contractor for the 10 year framework.
