Located in the heart of the Arena Central redevelopment site in Birmingham, Project Apple will provide 240,000ft2 of Cat A office
space.  

Three levels of basement car-parking accommodates 384 spaces and associated external infrastructure works are also incorporated into the 14-storey scheme. The construction methodology adopts a 3-storey reinforced concrete frame, floors and walls to the basement whilst the superstructure comprises of a steel frame with holorib floors and a metallic rainscreen clad envelope. A cantilevered concrete base and beam solution has been designed to mitigate any issues with the proximity of the Network Rail tunnel at Holiday Street.
Project Apple will be delivered to BIM Level 2, improving coordination between the design interfaces and allowing for enhanced facilities
management.
