The design and construction of three interconnected residential blocks comprising of 304 residential apartments and associated basement and surface car parking at Windmill Hill in Birmingham. Windmill Hill is new build, eight storey residential scheme with basement car parking and located within a prime city centre position. The scheme has a total gross area of 23,084m2, which comprises of a basement and ground floor car park, with apartments spread out between three blocks of six to eight storeys. The brownfield site has some complex site constraints including site levels and co-ordination with the site boundary and highways as well as existing structures
within the ground which has led to complex ground works design.
