We are undertaking the second phase of works at Queen Mary’s Hospital for the Oxleas Foundation Trust.

The works consist of a total refurbishment of the second floor of B Block (minus 1 quarter of the floor). The site will be handed over to Galliford Try after the Asbestos and demolition is complete by others. The value of this project is £6.42 million.

The two new departments will be Ophthalmology and Orthodontics. Usual works such as M&E, drylining, IPS panels, carpentry and flooring make up the majority of the works. However, the specialist Dentistry installation will require some additional attention due to the specialist nature of the works.

Following a visitor safety briefing and an introduction to Galliford Try, guests will be accompanied by our experienced site management team on a tour of the site, with a valuable Q&A opportunity provided at the end of the visit.
