The design and construction of a split level MSCP (Multi Storey Car Park) at the Royal Victoria Hospital. External works to tie in with existing levels and road layout development and the creation of new external parking spaces for the disabled.
The construction is a 8/9 storey car park with all necessary ramps, stairs and elevators. There are to be a variety of façade treatment .
The new car park is to be constructed off CFA piles and ring beam ,that include – cladding, rain screen, brickwork and render.
The frame is to be pre cast reinforced concrete
There are 3 number lifts (one of which is a Fireman’s elevator) and two separate stairways.
