Lovell were appointed to work in partnership by Chalkdene Developments to complete the works at the Waterbeach Scheme.
Comprising of 79 Houses & 6 Apartments in a small block, as 1, 3 and 4 bedroom properties. Built up of sole ownership, shared ownership and social rent. The final works will include new footpaths, cycle route, roads across the new estate and new landscaped areas bringing the community closer together.
Works commenced in 2020 and will be completed in August 2022.
Progress & Forthcoming Works - 3 Month Period
§ Utility service works continues which means the footpath closure remains in place for these works to be completed to Webb Rise, Larwood Drive and the new cycleway. Further letters have been issued to those most affected by these works.
§ Brickwork continues on site and will progress over the next reporting period.
§ Roof works have continued on site and will progress over the next reporting period. We currently have 16 roofs on and 3 roofs covered.
§ Scaffold is ongoing and will progress as brickwork goes up.
§ Internal trades have commenced on site with first & second fix.
§ Decoration works have commenced to the first few units, these works will progress as first and second fix works complete in the units.
§ Window installation has progressed on site and will continue over the next reporting period.
§ Mains service works have commenced in Webb Rise and connections to the units will progress in September.
