About 250 City Road
250 City Road is a landmark mixed use development located in the heart of Zone 1 and within easy reach of Old Street, the City and Shoreditch. The 1.9 hectare site will be used to construct a single story basement with a 42 and 36 story tower, including an additional 9 and 7 story blocks around the foot print. The development will produce 930 homes, 5 star facilities, a 190 bedroom hotel and mixed use office space, all built around an incredibly designed landscaped garden.
Activity
Visitors will be escorted around the development to provide a snap shot of the current construction stage of our project. Visitors will have opportunity to see fit out of our high end private sale units and our 5 star facilities, gym, pool and spa. Our Site Management Staff will be on hand throughout the tour available to answer any questions you may have to help understand the processes seen. The apprenticeship team can also offer a talk about careers in the construction industry.
