At 80 Charlotte Street Multiplex and Derwent London are creating a new and vibrant urban scheme, which comprises offices, retail and residential units.This mixed-use scheme will comprise 321,000 sq ft of offices, 45,000 sq ft of residential (10,000 sq ft affordable housing), 14,000 sq ft of retail and a new public realm park. It has been designed by leading architects Make. Work is on site with completion scheduled for H1 2020.
On arrival, visitors will receive a visitors induction and a presentation of the project progress to date, following the project through from start to current progress.
Visitors will then be escorted onto site in their groups and taken to designated areas for viewing.

The visit will last approximately 60 - 90 minutes. Please be sure to arrive on time.

The project entrance is located on the corner of Charlotte Street and 23 Howland Street in London, Fitzrovia and is very central to a number of stations.
The closest undergound tube station is Goodge Street on the Northern Line which is a 3 minute walk, exit the station then walk north one block on Tottenham Court Road until you reach Howland Street.
The project is also very easily accessed from Tottenham Court Road on the Central and Northern Line (10 minute walk), Warren Street on the Northern and Victoria Line (6 minute walk) and Great Portandland Street on the Circle, Hammersmith and City and Metropolitan Line (6 minute walk).
If travelling into London on National Rail the closest train stations are Paddington Station, where the project can then be accessed via bus or on the Hammersmith and City and Circle line to Great Portland Street, or Euston Station which is a 13 minute walk to the project.
