The substructure works are now complete with the super structure near completion.
The super structure is comprised of external decorative brickwork panels & external rendered walls, it also incorporated PPC panelling facia boards & soffits.
The roof is comprised of a single ply membrane insulation board and a metal decking.
The SEN school boasts a Hydro pool |rebound pit as sports hall. The Support Housing flats all have balconies.
