Digbeth One 2 will be St. Modwen Homes’ first project in the centre of Birmingham and will also be its first foray into inner-city urban living.

St. Modwen Homes purchased the 1.19-acre land at the start of 2019 and committed to complete the delivery of a residential apartment scheme that was started by a previous developer under the name ‘St. Anne’s Court’.

While the housebuilder will stick to the original concept, some proposed enhancements have been submitted, along with a new name. Digbeth One 2, which combines the name of the area and the local postcode.

A complex scheme set on a small parcel of land and landlocked by other developments, the construction will be carried out in two meticulously planned phases and will prove an interesting experience for those interested in the technical aspects of construction.

The building will be completed for first occupations in the summer of 2021.

Key features:

A proposed array of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses

Communal rooftop space

Contemporary interior design
