About Leeds General Needs Housing Bundle

A residential social housing development comprising 41 units located on Tarnside Drive and Mardale Crescent in Seacroft, Leeds for Leeds City Council. The development is a mix of bungalows, 2 and 3 bedroomed homes. 

Modern house-building techniques have contributed to the decline of a number of migratory bird and native bat species.  The development has swift, swallow and bat nest boxes built in to the fabric of the building.

The site is in the early stages of development.

Visitors will be able to see: Foundations, drainage, brickwork and retaining walls.


The site visit will include:

- Welcome and introduction

- Safety briefing, PPE allocation is required and site overview by project manager

- Site tour by Project/Site Managers

- Careers in construction talk and Q&A session

- Questions and Answers
