About Ashbridge

Osborne are delivering 77 new homes across three sites for Westminster City Council, with all 3 sites on adjacent streets. 26no affordable homes are being delivered at Ashbridge St, 2no affordable homes at Ashmill St, and 49no private homes at Cosway St. Main works commenced on site at Ashbridge & Ashmill in October 2020, with Cosway main works starting in November 2020. Ashbridge is scheduled to complete in summer 2022, with Ashmill & Cosway completing towards the end of 2022. The new 5-storey RC frame is under construction at Ashbridge, with external envelope starting in August. At Ashmill, the new external envelope is complete, and roofing works underway. Internal works commence in the Autumn. Cosway’s structural works will continue until early 2022, with the new pre-cast façade starting in the Autumn.



Site visitors will witness the following at each location:


-       External envelope construction, consisting of SFS, traditional brick work, aluminium cladding, balconies & balustrades

-       Installation of flat roofing systems to the main roof, as well as terraces on L3 & L4

-       The start of the internal fit out works to the new apartments

-       Management of a logistically challenging site, working around a retained building



-       New brick & stone completed facades & window installation

-       Internal fit out of 2no town houses

-       Challenges of working on an existing, tight site with neighbours in close proximity



-       Construction of new basement

-       Progression of RC frame

-       Daily operations of a vast, challenging site footprint
