The apartments and houses are built around seven new garden squares. There will be around 5 acres of green space. The variety of sizes and types of homes, including apartments, town and mews houses, is intended to help the development ‘blend in'.
Eric Parry Architects have developed the design for Phase 4, which consists of three residential buildings arranged around a private courtyard at the centre of the development. It includes Five Fields Square, the largest of the public spaces provided within the masterplan. Multiplex started construction in March 2019.
