Kier were appointed by Exeter City Council to redevelop the bus station and leisure centre in Exeter.
The plan is to create a state-of-the-art new leisure complex called St Sidwell's Point at the bus station site.
The new facility is expected to open to the public in the winter of 2020.
It will be built alongside a brand new bus station, which is due to open at the same time.
St Sidwell's Point will one of the the greenest developments of its kind anywhere in the country.
Due to ultra filtration, the centre’s three pools will also have exceptional water quality, with minimal chemical content.
The striking building is modelled to withstand predicted changes in climate conditions up to 2080.
The state-of-the-art new leisure complex will feature an eight lane main pool and four lane pool for learners, both with movable floors.
It will include a gym, three pools, studios and spa, a cafe and soft play, and it will be Britain’s first PassivHaus leisure centre.
This is an opportunity to see behind the hoarding at the St Sidwell's Point.
