Our education specialists are working on the new Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research Building at the University of Warwick, which is being completed to world-class, industry leading standards as 50% is going to be pre-manufactured value (PMV).

The £33m state-of-the-art research building on the University’s Gibbet Hill campus – which will be built using a PMV pre cast concrete frame - will bring together up to 300 biomedical researchers to fight human diseases. The new building is 7000sq meters and will provide a 400-seat lecture theatre and a five-storey laboratory as well as various social and collaboration spaces.

Visitors will be able to see a full concrete and timber frame building spanning six storeys high with a five-metre basement. The first fix internal partitions will be installed to various levels and the first fix associated M&E. The concrete cladding will just be about to start and visitors will also be able to see the huge mega riser crane installed on site.
