Our education specialists are working on the new Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research Building at the University of Warwick, which is being completed to world-class, industry leading standards as 50% is going to be pre-manufactured value (PMV).
The £33m state-of-the-art research building on the University’s Gibbet Hill campus – which will be built using a PMV pre cast concrete frame - will bring together up to 300 biomedical researchers to fight human diseases. The new building is 7000sq meters and will provide a 400-seat lecture theatre and a five-storey laboratory as well as various social and collaboration spaces.
