The new Ada Lovelace School is being built by Kier Construction Southern working in partnership with the Department for Education and the Twyford Church of England Academies Trust. The brand-new Academy will be home to 1330 pupils reflecting the demand in the area.
The project consists of the construction of a new high school on a green field site. The school is in the form of a three-storey teaching and administrative facility with an attached single storey, main hall, sports hall and performance space.
The whole site will be landscaped to include MUGAs, sports pitch, external play areas and car parking for staff and visitors and outside play areas will also be included in the external works.

Works commenced in February 2019. Within March 2020 works expected will be the superstructure erection to the Sports Hall building and substructure works to the Main Block.
