Phase 3 will be one of the most exciting areas of the Battersea Power Station development, which is being transformed into a community of homes, shops, cafes, offices and over 19 acres of public space with the restored Grade II* listed Power Station at its heart.
It will offer a public pedestrian gateway to the entire development, linked to the new Zone 1 Underground Station which opened in September 2021 as part of the Northern Line extension, and a new high street known as Electric Boulevard, which runs from the south of the Power Station between the stunning Frank Gehry designed Prospect Place and Foster + Partners’ Battersea Roof Gardens. Electric Boulevard will offer a mix of office space, residential apartments, shops, bars and restaurants, a park, children’s playground, community centre and an exciting new 164 room hotel from art’otel®.
Battersea Power Station Phase 3 is a magnificent feat of engineering and innovative design that has brought together some of the best architects, contractors and consultants from across the world.
This site visit will consist of an introductory presentation and safety briefing in our BPSDC client offices.
Visitors will then make their way to our Battersea Phase 3 site for a site tour from senior members of our Sir Robert McAlpine Team.
After our site visit there will be a short debriefing and Q&A session back at the BPSDC offices and then guests will depart.
PPE is to be provided and long trousers must be worn.
