The school is a 2-storey building, consisting of piled foundations, pilecaps and ring beams, steel frame, concrete planks to floors and roof, stairs and a resitrix flat roof membrane system.

Aluminium windows, new MEP installations, asset protection sprinkler system. Internal walls are dry-lined, with the external walls being SFS, weatherboard and brick external façade.
