About VBA* VolkerStevin - Kendal flood risk management scheme

VBA (a joint venture between VolkerStevin, Boskalis Westminster and Atkins), on behalf of the Environment Agency, is delivering a Flood Risk Management Scheme to better protect homes and businesses from flooding in the Kent Catchment and improve the local environment and community amenities.

Activity

The site visit will include a presentation with an overview of the project, by the senior project manager. Followed by talks from the senior project manager, a graduate QS (Commercial) and graduate engineer on the project, on what their roles are and how they got into construction. The visit will finish with a quick tour of the site.
