Kensington Row and Royal Warwick Square are the second phase of the Warwick Road Masterplan. They are made up of two sites on Warwick Road: a former 1960s telephone exchange and a homebase store.

Planning permission was obtained in 2014 for a new residential quarter of over 500 homes, complete with a community space. We are now constructing the homes just off Kensington High Street, between an impressive landscaped linear park and a private driveway.

Together with its sister site 375 Kensington High Street, Kensington Row and Royal Warwick Square are transforming the local area by contributing a new school for 210 children and over a hectare of landscaped open space by renowned architect Squire and Partners.

Residents will be able to enjoy a spectacular location with the best museums and universities on their doorstep, world-class shopping and Holland Park and Hyde Park just a short walk away.
