About Repton Garden Wembley Project

The Repton Gardens development site is located in Wembley in the North London Borough of Brent. The site lies North West of Wembley Stadium.  It is bounded to the West by Harbutt Road, The Box Park to the East, to the South by Humphry Repton Lane and Fulton Road to the North.

The site is divided into 3 buildings - all within the same site compound.  The Residential buildings will provide 396 dwellings. The superstructure of all buildings are reinforced concrete frames springing from the Substructure, over a complex piled foundation.  Facades are SFS with brickwork cladding and punched windows with curtain walling to retail frontages.

The central podium area between the buildings will provide a landscaped public realm area above, and car park beneath.

Project Dates

Site Possession: 30th September 2019

Time in Weeks: 142

Planned Completion Date: 13th December 2022

The project was closed between May 2020 and November 2020 as an indirect result of the COVID 19 pandemic.


Activity

At the time of the tour, the Repton Gardens scheme will be running at peak output with nearly 500 operatives working on site.

This is a perfect opportunity to see a full array of operations, with simultaneous construction activities including concrete structures, steel frame, window install, bricklaying, mechanical and electrical install, kitchen and joinery install, floor laying, decoration and everything else that you could expect. You will really be visiting at an exciting time.
