About Broadacres, Southwater
Broadacres has space for 594 Units. These are made up of one or two bedroom apartments and two to six bedroom houses.
Work commenced in 2017 and 291 units are now completed.
Completion of this site is due 2027.
Activity
Students may visit the Sales & Marketing Suite, where they will receive a presentation about Berkeley covering what we do and our core values. Then they will be given a virtual tour of the site and shown around the Sales & Marketing Suite to get a feel for the homes we produce.
We will also have a talk from one of our Apprentice Site Managers and one of our Graduates, on the Graduate Scheme, to talk about their experience of Berkeley and how they got to be where they are.
