About Woodlands Meed College
The Woodlands Meed College project is over two sections.
Section one, consisting of the concrete frame construction of the new SEND college and associated amenities, including multi-use games area, while also installing a temporary modular classroom and partial deconstruction of an existing modular classroom, for Phase 1 buildability and the existing college car park remodelling with the new stats, drainage, and resurfacing works.
Section two follows, with the demolition of the existing college and associated amenities. Followed by the construction of an all-weather pitch and additional car parking facilities.
During the open doors event, the construction works will be within Phase 1 and will be focusing on the internal fit out and facade finishes.
Activity
Visitors will see the new building structure complete with the progression of the external cladding and internal fit out, including the construction of the internal wall construction, mechanical & electrical installation, and the colleges new hydropool facility. Externally the amphitheater will also be able to be viewed along with the roof terraces.
