The tours on this date have specifically been designed for women in construction, ex-military, job changers and job seekers.
Your visit to the site will start with an introduction to the project and a short briefing on Health and Safety.
You will then be kitted up to tour the development and hear about the different companies that are involved in the project, and view various stages of build with experts from the housebuilders on site, St. Modwen Homes.
The tour will include all stages of the build, including houses under construction, first fix and final stages of commissioning, culminating in the viewing of competed properties. The tour will be conducted by the Project Manager, Carl Bradshaw, accompanied by any or all of the following, Technical Manager, Health and Safety Manager, Commercial Managing Surveyor. Trainee Site Manager.
You will also have an opportunity of meeting females in construction and hearing about their experience of the industry from a female perspective. The tour will culminate with our sales team on site.
This is a unique opportunity to see first hand how we build important new homes for people and we look forward to welcoming you to site to get a taste of the many exciting careers within our growing industry.
