The £24 million development, set in three blocks across three and four storeys, complements the campus’s ambitious design, featuring eight-bed clusters with communal kitchen and dining areas centred around a landscaped courtyard.

The accommodation will provide a much sought-after and enhanced standard of living, promoting healthier, happier students. Targeting  the BREEAM ‘Very Good’ environmental rating in line with recent developments, it will achieve thermal efficiency in its construction and incorporate solar panels on its roof.

In March, there will be a high level of activity on site with brickwork, fitting out works, some curtain walling being undertaken.
