About Stockport Exchange

Galliford Try’s programme of work at Stockport Exchange - on behalf of national urban regeneration company, Muse Developments and Stockport Council - is well-underway and we’d like to welcome you on site to show you around and to meet some of the people involved on Tuesday, 14 March 2023.

The scheme will see the creation of a new 64,000 sqft offices, along with an innovative 399-space multi-storey car park for its occupiers featuring electric vehicle charging points, solar photovoltaics and a green ‘living’ wall.

The creation of car park and office space by Galliford Try forms part of a broader, £145m programme of place-changing regeneration for Stockport Exchange, delivered collaboratively by Stockport Council and Muse.

Activity

There will be five 1 hour site tours available on Tuesday, 14 March 2023.
