About 2 Aldermanbury Square

Formally known as City Place House, 2 Aldermanbury Square is an office-led redevelopment scheme carried out by Keltbray and Lendlease for the developer GPE. The development involves 320,000 sq ft of office space and aims to deliver a net zero carbon building. Works include construction of a 2-storey basement, creation of a new pedestrian high walk through the site and construction of the 13-storey office building.


Visitors will firstly be greeted by key members of the project team and taken to our project board room where the team will give a short presentation on how the project got to where it is today, where the project is currently and what the construction looks like for the rest of the project.

The team will then take the group to visit the site where they will see the completion of the demolition works which will allow the construction of the 2-storey basement to commence.

Following the site visit, the group will be taken back to the boardroom to be given a presentation by each of the members of the team to explain what they do and how they got to where we are today. This will be followed by details of different opportunities available in the industry and routes to achieving these.
