About North Quay House
The project includes the refurbishment and extension of an existing 1980’s four storey office building over basement car parking immediately adjacent to the dock feeder canal. The works include internal fit-out to Cat A, extensive façade replacement and associated external works.
The building will provide new office facilities with sliding windows overlooking the water.
The building will have low energy technology including solar panels and air source heat pumps technology to achieve an EPC A and BREEAM Excellent rating.
Activity
The visit will include a presentation of the project and a tour of the construction site. Works planned at this time will include:

Services installation
Some early office fit-out
Cladding to facades
